Tinna Rivera is a fourth year studying Technical Theatre at Avila University. Her passion for theatre began unexpectedly in High School and has grown astronomically as she learns and develops new skills in every aspect of her craft. She has worked for Kansas City theatre companies such as Theatre for Young America as a Assistant Stage Manager and Props Master, Terra Femina as a Assistant Stage Manager, The Kitchen Plays as a Stage Manager and, The White Theatre as a Assistant Stage Manager. She has also worked for companies with their events including Avila University's Athletic Department as their Lighting Designer, Avila University's Admissions Office as their Lighting Designer and Stage Manager, and the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Avila University as their Lighting Designer for The Truman Lecture Series. 

As a technical theatre major Tinna is well rounded in every aspect of what goes into a show or event. Her passion and dedication pushes her further and further everyday to be a better artist.
