The rehearsal, performance, design meeting, and production meeting reports were created by myself using google drive.
Our scene changes were fairly difficult. There was a lot of moving parts and we did not have a run crew so the stage management team had to rely heavily on our actors. Also, doing a children's theatre show scene transitions had to go fast or we would lose the kids attention. I created this diagram to help our actors understand their job and be able to do it effectively every time.
The props and costume tracking sheets were made by me. I also taped out and kept clean and orderly props tables on both sides of the stage during the run of the show.
