The overall concept for the show was the original "War of the World" broadcast. Our director pulled images from the original show to base our designs off of. I was really interested in the stark white lighting and the shadows casted on the back wall. I used lighting instruments that were faced directly at some of the actors to get the look. I also had uplighting on the front of the stage to add color and shadow.
